Every Golden Goose sneaker order goes through our careful quality control process:
Shipping Policies
Order Cutoff Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Weekend orders will be processed on Monday
- Holiday orders will be processed the next business day
Shipping Address Requirements
- We ship only to verified billing addresses or confirmed shipping addresses
- PO Boxes are accepted for Standard Shipping only
- Express and Overnight shipping require physical addresses
- Military APO/FPO addresses are supported with extended delivery times
Package Security
- All packages require signature confirmation for orders over $200
- Packages are insured for full retail value
- Discrete packaging available upon request
- Package contents are not visible from outside
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
During holiday seasons and peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing and shipping times may be extended by 1-3 additional business days.
We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
Express shipping options remain available but may also experience slight delays during extreme weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your Golden Goose sneakers have shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery Attempts
- Carriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- After 3 attempts, packages are held at local facility
- You have 5 business days to arrange pickup
- Packages not collected will be returned to Golden Goode
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We work with all carriers to resolve delivery issues quickly.
